Of the ten MAP ForYourArts produced to date, most have been set in L.A. and coincided with a major event like the California Biennial, Postopolis LA!, or Cross-town Traffic. The pocket-sized guides broke the city down into neighborhoods and mapped out not-to-be-missed museums, galleries and other exhibition spaces alongside timely news, stories, interviews and images. Special editions of MAP ForYourArt were also produced for Art Basel Miami Beach in December 2008 and in New York and Chicago in connection to Ovation TV’s American Revolutionaries series.

Designed by Brian Roettinger, the broadsheets were distributed at museums, galleries, nonprofits and retail stores throughout L.A., New York, Chicago and Miami.
