Keith Boadwee: God’s Eyes, Miyoshi Barosh, and Diana Yesenia Alvarado at The Pit from Sun, Jan 12 to Sat, Feb 22 ( Exhibition )

Keith Boadwee's new paintings include performative gestures in which the artist uses paint enemas as a mode for mark-making on canvas, using a similar composition based on a method used in craft traditions called the God’s Eye, in which several different colors of yarn are woven upon a wooden cross.

This exhibition by the late Los Angeles artist Miyoshi Barosh (1959-2019) is held in tandem with exhibitions by Night Gallery and Luis de Jesus Gallery.
