Art Los Angeles Contemporary is the International Contemporary Art fair of the West Coast. The fourth annual fair presents 70 top international and emerging galleries with a focus on Los Angeles galleries. Programming includes artist talks, museum curator led panel discussions, and various film screening and performance series. Through January 27, 2013.

Davide Balula

Opening reception for an exhibition of works by artist Davide Balula. The works on display are manifestations of the artist’s measurement of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed arcing wall at the Guggenheim museum in New York. Each is an exact replication of a fraction of the wall. The event includes a performance at 8:45pm. On view through March 2, 2013.

Boyle Heights: Arte Vida y Amor

Opening reception for an exhibition of work by artists who have lived, loved, worked, and played in Boyle Heights. L.A. Art Show

Now in its 18th year, the 2013 L.A. Art Show  showcases four sections of work: The Modern & Contemporary Section, The Historic & Traditional Section, The Vintage Poster Section and The IFPDA Los Angeles Print Fair. The event includes showcases from more than 100 galleries and programming including lectures, tours, special exhibits, parties and the discussion series Dialogs LA.
