This exhibition features a  survey of small works by artist Ken Price. Intended to complement the major Price retrospective currently on view at LACMA, this show features over twenty examples of Price’s ceramics as well as a handful of prints, each demonstrating his attention to scale and color. Farewell to Surrealism: The Dyn Circle in Mexico

Opening day of an exhibition exploring The Dyn Circle, an international group of writers and artists from Europe, Latin America, and North America that came together in Mexico City in the 1940s and created the journal Dyn. The work is a record of their ideas and the internationally relevant art they created during this period. On view through February 17, 2013.

A part of X-TRA’s 15 Years in 15 Days, this two-part event first features Ellen Birrell and Stephen Berens discussing the conditions under which X-TRA came into being. The second half of the evening features Travis Diehl discussing his new publication, Prism of Reality, and Andrew Berardini and Sarah Williams discussing their new online publication, The Art Book Review.

Opening reception for a collection of never before exhibited photographs of The Rolling Stones. Curated by Lauren White and George Augusto, Found features twenty-three rare and candid photographs that document the Rolling Stones in Savannah, Georgia and Clearwater, Florida in 1965.
