Michael Queenland: Rudy’s Ramp of Remainders

Opening reception of an exhibition by artist Michael Queenland. Rudy’s Ramp of Remainders features a sculptural installation based on surplus items Queenland found in a German discount store during his 2009 fellowship at the American Academy in Berlin. On view through December 22, 2012.

In Discussion: Alexis Rochas and Eric Moss

This event will feature artist Alexis Rochas in discussion with architect Eric Moss. The conversation will focus on Rochas’ large-scale installation piece STEREO.BOT, which served as the gateway entry to the 2012 Coachella Music and Arts Festival. An exhibition featuring this STEREO.BOT begins at the space on September 21, 2012.

No Signal Blue

This event features a performance by Ali Prosch and Meghann McCrory. No Signal Blue uses heater and video production tools as props while activating them through choreographed movements. No Signal Blue is the last phase and final day of Part 2: The Props, an exhibition of works by Jibade-Khalil Huffman, Alex Israel, Owen Kydd, Meghann McCrory and Ali Prosch, Daniel Small, and Sarah Rara.
