Lion Attacking a Horse

Opening day of an exhibition featuring the ancient sculpture Lion Attacking a Horse. The work is on loan from the Capitoline Museums in Rome, where it has not been on public view since 1925. Lion Attacking a Horse will be the centerpiece of an installation that traces its history from antiquity to the modern era and showcases recent conservation work. On view through February 4, 2013.
